Authorized copies of obtained study diplomas (baccalaureate diploma or equivalent + bachelor’s, master’s, and doctorate degrees, if any) and their authorized translation into one of the following languages, if required: English, French, or Romanian.

A certified translation of the birth certificate in one of the following languages: English, French, or Romanian.

A medical certificate attesting to the fact that the participant enrolling in the study does not have a contagious disease or other conditions incompatible with the required studies.

A copy of the first 3 pages of the passport.

Duration of the Romania Scholarships 2023

The duration of the scholarships is as follows:


Doctorate Degree Program (3 to 5 years)

Master’s Degree Program (1.5 years to 2 years)

Bachelor’s Degree Program (3-6 years)
